4) Now you’ll see submit ticket page, click on “My Account Support”.pport-page, now click on “Submit a ticket to our support team”.
5) Now check on “Account Verification Inquiries” and click “Next”
6) Now fill out full name and email address fields with the name and email address, which you used while signing-up at Payza.

Dear Support Staff,
I am attaching following documents for my account verification:
a) Utility Bill
b) ID Card, Passport or Diverse’ License
c) Bank/Card Statement
Please note: – Attach a scanned copy of any utility bill for address verification. Additionally, attach a scanned copy of your ID card, passport or diverse’ license to verify your name and address. Optionally, (but strongly recommended) if you have a statement of your bank account or credit/debit card then do attached a scanned copy of it. It’ll support your account verification application significantly as, its a document from a financial organization having your name, address, contact number and other details.
8) After attaching/uploading scanned copies of above documents, just submit your ticket to support team.
If your documents are correct and matching to your Payza profile’s information then within 6 to 12 hrs you’ll get email from the support staff that your account is now verified. In case they have any doubts or further queries then they’ll let you know about it. Just provide them their desired information/document(s) and they’ll verify your account immediately.......
